Delete your account

In the app

Open Gelup, go to Profile, tap Delete my account, then confirm.

Without the app

Write to contact@gelup.app from any address with your username and phone number. We check the account is yours (with a code sent to that number), then delete it within 7 days.

What gets erased

Everything: your number, username, photo, birthday, friends, alarms, the wake-ups you recorded (including ones your friends haven’t heard yet), your reactions, replies and morning photos. Data is erased immediately, files within the hour. Nothing is kept.
